Information about the establishment of a legal entity is made available to the authority responsible for establishing the electronic mailbox by the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic, based on the data recorded in the Register of Legal Entities maintained by the Statistical Office. In this case, it is not necessary to apply for the establishment of an electronic mailbox.
In the case of a legal entity that does not have its registered office in the territory of the Slovak Republic, the establishment of an electronic mailbox is handled by submitting an application. The electronic mailbox will be established for such a legal entity within 5 business days from the date on which the application is delivered.
For each mailbox, its owner has access to information and data concerning:
- the electronic mailbox identifier;
- the identifier of the person/mailbox owner;
- the date and time of establishment, activation, deactivation, and cancellation of the mailbox;
- the date and time of each access to the mailbox;
- the date and time of changes to the permissions associated with the mailbox;
- the date and time of sending and receiving an electronic message, together with the identifier of the person who logged into the mailbox or sent the message;
- the entity that is or was, in addition to the mailbox owner, authorized to manage the mailbox, including the scope of its permissions.
