The Central Official Electronic Notice Board (CUET) serves as an official notice board in the electronic environment, where public authorities publish announcements.
In practice, this means that citizens who have an electronic mailbox and enable the option “Send bulk notifications to the mailbox about all electronic documents published by public authorities on the Electronic Official Notice Board (CUET)” do not need to visit public offices in person to check notices. Instead, the notices are delivered directly to their electronic mailbox. In this case, a notification is sent to the mailbox whenever a new document is published on CUET.
If a citizen or business owner does not wish to receive notifications about documents published on the Central Official Electronic Notice Board, this feature can be disabled.
After logging in to the portal, click “Profile” and then “Edit Contact Details.” In this section, you can select the option:
“Send bulk notifications to the mailbox about all electronic documents published by public authorities on the Electronic Official Notice Board (CUET).”
Select or deselect this option depending on whether you wish to use the feature.
