Activation of the electronic mailbox for delivery – self-employed individual

A self-employed individual does not have their electronic mailbox automatically activated for delivery when the mailbox is created. In order to activate the mailbox for delivery, they must request activation using the mailbox activation function. The electronic mailbox will be activated for delivery without undue delay, taking into account available staffing and technical capacity.

To activate the electronic mailbox for delivery, you must be the holder of a national ID card with an electronic chip (eID card) and have an activated Personal Security Code (BOK). You must also have the eID Client application installed, which is available at www.nove.slovensko.skOpens in a new window, and have a smart card reader.
