Many users forget that electronic communication between them and the state continues even when they are offline, whether they are on a beach holiday or lying at home in bed with a fever.
However, if the owner of an electronic mailbox takes the following steps in advance:
the authorised person can take care of the necessary administrative tasks before the mailbox owner returns to work and, most importantly, on time — before the storage period expires.
By setting up SMS or email notifications, you will know exactly when new mail arrives in your electronic mailbox. This allows you to set aside the time you need to communicate electronically with the state.
Thanks to SMS notifications, if you choose not to use email notifications, you do not need to keep mobile data or Wi-Fi switched on or otherwise be connected to the internet. The notification will be sent free of charge to your default mobile phone number.
If you do not wish to be disturbed, for example, at night or during the weekend, you can even set your preferred times for receiving notifications on your mobile phone or in your email inbox.
After logging in to the slovensko.sk portal, simply go to Profile, select Edit Contact Details, and configure your Work Calendar.
However, the preferred notification schedule applies only if you have already entered your mobile phone number or email address in your Profile and have also checked the Use Profile details for sending notifications box when configuring notifications in your electronic mailbox.
