Are you planning to visit an authority in person? Book an appointment electronically.

The Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic has made it possible to book appointments electronically, including a specific date and time, at additional offices through the so-called Universal Reservation System.

What do you need to know to successfully use the electronic appointment booking system?

  • You do not need an identity card with an electronic chip to make a reservation.
  • Once the reservation has been successfully made, the applicant will receive a PIN code. On the day of the appointment, they must enter this code into a kiosk at the relevant office, which will print a ticket with a queue number.
  • The PIN code can be used within a period of 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. After this period, the code expires.
