How can I forward an electronic message to another authority?

Do not print electronic decisions or other messages or documents received in your electronic mailbox unnecessarily! They cannot be used for legal purposes in printed form anyway. If another authority requires them, simply forward them in the same way as an email.

Procedure

  1. Click the “...” (three dots) menu and select “Copy” (Fig. 1). Repeat the same process to copy as many messages/documents as you need.

  1. Open a new submission by selecting “Create Message”, or, if you are already communicating with the authority, select “Reply” (Fig. 2).

  1. At the bottom, in the “Attachments” section, select “Add Copied Attachment” (Fig. 3).

  1. Complete the submission form and send it.
