An electronic submission (eSubmission) consists of data completed in an electronic form. An eSubmission initiates a specific process or proceeding at a particular public authority.
The term eSubmission is used in connection with the electronic (online) creation or receipt of a submission, whether generally or specifically structured, regardless of whether it contains an eSignature.
An eSubmission is often referred to as an application, request, notification, initiative, etc. It normally contains basic information such as the identification of the sender and recipient, the subject matter, and the purpose of the submission.
You can create an eSubmission either through your electronic mailbox or by using an electronic service provided by a public authority or institution.
To send an eSubmission, you need an electronic ID card with a chip (eID), a card reader (or the Slovensko v mobile application), a computer with the required software, and an internet connection.
