The OOTS is based on the Single Digital Gateway Regulation, which simplifies access to electronic services for citizens from other EU countries. Its aim is to enable people to obtain the necessary documents easily and quickly from the comfort of their homes and simplify administrative procedures, making living, working, studying or doing business in another EU country as easy as possible.

As a citizen, you can use OOTS to obtain the necessary documents for submissions in Slovakia, or obtain the necessary documents from Slovakia for electronic submissions in another EU country.
